Our stepdad, Kevin Wood, started Customer Comfort in 1994 out of Sparta. He built it the old way: tell people the truth about their equipment, do clean work, and never sell somebody something they don't need.
In 2023 he handed the keys to us, his stepsons KC and Jarred Pope. Kevin's retired now, but he's still around, and the rule hasn't changed. The crew has grown, but it's still built like a family: we hire for character and train for skill, and we still treat every home like it's our own.

If your heat quits at 2 am, call us. We may not pick up in the middle of the night, but we'll get back to you by 6 am and get you on the schedule first thing. Outside regular hours the diagnostic is $149, or $99 if you're a ComfortCare member. Calling during regular hours always saves you money.
